normally there is only one rule, the one of St. Basilius. But for special prayer times, fasting, etc… there are newer nameless rules, usually taken from Mount Athos and developed in connection with the region. The rules are not in the western form, clearly written and defining everything in a structured form from A to Z. Usually there are just some sayings, unstructured, and kept according to the simple occurence in life.
